Funds payout is where you can request us to transfer the amount lying as clear credit (ledger balance minus required SPAN margin) in your trading account ledger balance to your registered bank account.
If as a client you would like to transfer funds from your trading account to your registered bank account, you need to make a pay out request to us to get the fund transfer processed.
There are 3 easy ways in which you can make a payout request to tradeplus:
Method 1: Request via our Tradeplus Mobile APP
Download Tradeplus Mobile app on App Store or Play store, Register with your mobile number, sign in using your UCC, then on the home page click on the Funds payout icon. Request form will be displayed, you can fill the form to make the request.
Method 2 : Request via website front end
To make a request using the front end, Go to www.tradeplusonlie.com and click on Login menu then Backoffice. Enter your user Id and password or enter your mobile number and OTP to login. On the Client dashboard, click on FUNDS menu item on the left side. You will be sent to the funds page, here you have two options: funds pay in and funds pay out.
Method 3: Request via Back office login through our website.
To make a request using the front end, Go to www.tradeplusonlie.com and click on Login menu then Backoffice. Enter your user Id and password or enter your mobile number and OTP to login. On the Client dashboard, click on BACK OFFICE menu item on the left side. On click you will be on the back office page. Here you will find Request Payment option, click on it, select the button to add a new request, fill the form and submit it. You can check the status on the Payment request status page.
After you have made your request, you will be concerned about when will the fund transfer be completed. The general time lines for payout request processing are given below. You can find more information on our support portal
Timing for Commodity Segment

All payout requests received upto 0800hrs (8 am) on all working days
On or before 1100 hrs (11 am) on the same working day
Timing for Equity & Currency Segments
Time of payout request
All payout requests received upto 1700hrs (5 pm) on all working days
On or before 1100 hrs (11 am) on the next working day
Payout requests shall not be processed on Saturdays and holidays. NEFT/ RTGS fund transfer may take 2 to 3 hours from the time of authorization at our end to credit your bank account if there is no technical issues at the bank end.
Check Payout Request Status
To check the status of your payout request, either visit Tradeplus website or use the Mobile app On the funds payout form, you have a button to check status. When you click on Check status/Modify button, you will find the details of the request along with status. The status cam be pending, completed or rejected On back office page, go to Payment Request Status option under activity menu and see the record for your request. After your request is processed you will get a confirmation Email from bank
Edit your request
There is a facility to edit or delete your payment request using the web or mobile app and also through the back office option. On the funds payout form you need to select the Check status/Modify option, click on it and select edit or delete buttons, when on edit form you can edit segment and amount and update the request. You can select the delete button to delete the request altogether. Edit / Delete payout option is only available for Pending payout. If the payout is already completed or rejected, then such payout requests cannot be edited or deleted.
Once the request is successfully processed you will receive your payout funds in bank account selected by you at the time of filling the request form. You can also email your requests to email@example.com. And write to us for any queries regarding your funds payout request.
